0165(2)(c): licensor observed cord from the fan in the preschool classroom accessible to children. 0165(2)(d): licensor observed plastic bag underneath the preschool sink. 0165(3)(a and c): licensor observed a broken equipment in the maker's space that has protuding staples and outside area near stairwell with a protuding nail from the wood that is rotten. Licensor also observed plants in the outdoor space protuding into the environment that have sharp stems. 0165 (3,g):licensor observed flaking paint at the stairwell outside and rotting wood.
